Body Work

6 weeks of weekly appointments to help baby release tightness which can be caused by position in utero, birth trauma, and/or oral ties. Bodywork included stretches and craniosacral techniques. Bodywork can help improve feedings and help shape the skull. Bodywork is recommended when baby experiences an oral restrictions.

Education

Education prior to baby’s arrival is so important as well. That is why we offer multiple opportunities for learning.

+ Prenatal Visit

  • This can take place in home or in clinic that is located in Minneapolis, KS. Appointments last 60 minutes. We will go over my lactation guidebook that is full of information such as knowing if your baby is getting enough milk to what to look for in a latch to pumping. This is very individualized to what you need and what your concerns/questions are.

+ Birthing and Beyond Class - $200

  • This is a one day course that I teach with Tiffany Moss, a full spectrum doula. We cover labor and delivery, lactation, and postpartum. This class is loaded for a full day of learning to help you feel better prepared as you go through this journey. We offer this class in North Central Kansas. We host the class either in Minneapolis or Lindsborg every 6-8 weeks. Message with any questions!

+ Lactation Guidebook - $35

  • This is a PDF file that you receive in your email that covers all topics on breastfeeding that was created by me. We will gain evidence-based information about types of milk, milk supply, how to position and latch baby, knowing if baby is receiving enough, pumping, and more! This is a valuable resource that you can receive right in your hands!
